St. Xavier's College Students Film Festival - THE LOOKING GLASS 2010.

Venue: Nandan 2
Date: September 28th - 30th, 2010
Time: 5pm - 8pm

As St. Xavier's College celebrates its 150 years and Nandan celebrates its 25 years of glorious existence, for the first time in the history of the city, these two highly regarded institutions will collaborate with each other to organize a unique festival of films made exclusively by students of St. Xavier's College Film Studies and Mass Communication & Videography departments as part of their coursework. Contrary to public perception, these works show that cinema is not only fiction and documentary films, but much more than that!

Divided into categories of Photo Montage (Sound-Slide Project), Dynamization, Short Documentary and Short Continuity Films made by the Film Studies students and Sound Exercises and Degree Films made by the Mass Communication & Videography students, these films provide a refreshingly new insight into the various aspects of the film-making process.
